Austria’s capital community volunteers deliver fact-based drug education with young people across the city

Vienna — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to Foundation for a Drug-Free World Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers through public information points and community events. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to present clear information on drug risks, including the ongoing debate around cannabis, described by public monitoring bodies as the most widely used illicit drug in Europe.
